Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations for any other reason require 48 hours notice or the session will be charged at the full rate of $130.

Accessing your Zoom appointment:

You will receive a link by email to my Zoom virtual consultation room by email at least 24 hours
before your appointment. You will be permitted to join the room at the time of your scheduled
appointment.

Coverage for Extended Health Insurance:

Many extended health insurance plans cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor
(RCC). Some plans may only reimburse a percentage and others may request a physician
referral. It is recommended that you contact your health insurance provider to confirm the
details of your coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. Please note that I do not provide
direct billing services at this time. After each appointment you will get a receipt that can be
used to submit for reimbursement from your health insurance provider.
